Job Summary:

  • DEWA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Platform Practice Lead to spearhead our initiatives in building, managing, and growing our Power Platform practice. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead a team, manage client engagements, and drive business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of Power Platform solutions aligned with DEWA's strategic goals.
  • Solution Design: Architect and design Power Platform solutions that address complex business problems and deliver significant value.
  • Establishing best practices, governance models, and training programs.
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Power Platform components.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of all Power Platform solutions.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of the team.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Power Platform technologies and integrate new features and capabilities into practice offerings.
  • Evangelize the Power Platform within DEWA and promote its adoption across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT consulting, with at least 6 years focused on the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proven experience as a Power Platform architect.
  • Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, SharePoint and other Power Platform components.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, APIs, and connectors
  • Experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team (preferred).
  • Experience in the utility industry (a plus).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.
