Oracle Cloud Implementation - Order Management
Location: Hybrid/Remote
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Oracle Cloud Implementation who can contribute and own the Order management processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Oracle Cloud solutions, with a specialized focus on optimizing and implementing the Order to Cash cycle. This role requires strategic leadership for team handling, deep functional expertise, and a proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Implementation: Spearhead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Order Management processes. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with business objectives
- Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within cost constraints. Use agile methodologies and tools to monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle Cloud solutions to meet business needs and enhance functionality. Ensure the solutions are scalable and adaptable to changing business requirements
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new systems. Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and reports for executive review
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, with a focus on Order Management processes
- Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management and its integration with other systems
- Functional Knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules like Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Shipping
- Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud Certification.
- Experience in consulting or a client-facing role in a similar industry.
