Responsibilities:

  •   Identify & work with stakeholders and key organizations to ensure program & project scope definition meets business objectives build and maintain relationships with each.
  •   Ensure adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project.
  •   Create, prepare & maintain materials necessary to track status & progress.
  •   Communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
  •   Escalate program risks to the Markets Ops transformation lead and other senior management as appropriate.
  •   Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices.

Work closely with the Change Management team to review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions to help re-engineer processes, build scale and mitigate

 

 

Qualifications/Must Have Skills:

  •   BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  •   6-10 years’ experience in a fast paced, large global financial services firm, ideally in an operations organization
  •   Self-reliant, good problem solver, results oriented with attention to detail
  •   Ability to establish and build trust with professionals throughout the business as an advisor and business partner to the organization with a clear client orientation.
  •   Strong risk management and control mindset
  •   Collaborative work style; effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies
  •   Demonstrate experience as someone who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross functional teams
