MUST HAVE:
Demonstrable ability to independently create a project plan, charter, forecasting, understanding budget vs actuals, variance analyses, managing stakeholders’ communication, project updates, and project deliverables including tracking them to closure.
Demonstrate abilities to work with people across geographic locations. Expected to be a good communicator in English.
Possession of decent functional knowledge ( 7 out of 10 on a scale of 1-10, 1 being poor, 10 being excellent)on the Capital Markets especially Middle Office and Front Office functions. Knowledge about the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) - end of end – is mandatory.
Demonstrable ability to highlight project risks and creating plans to mitigate them.
Demonstrable ability to understand, and work on Use Cases, arranging end user demos and creating placeholders for knowledge management.
Demonstrable ability to train and retain people, promptly highlight people related issues to the senior management determining and delivering appropriate actions.
Possesses 10 + years’ of experience in handling UAT, SIT, Regression and other types of Testing projects, both manual and automated.
Deep understanding of a project management tool like JIRA, ALM, etc.
Ability to be instrumental in regular end user client and State Street stakeholder updates with regards to the Delivery of the programme.
Deep understanding of work order management and ability to define deliverables.
GREAT TO HAVE:
Exposure to complex securities operations management projects
Very good understanding of the Front to Back office processes
Direct contribution to CoE (Centre of Excellence) formation and activities
